In a recent discussion, she pointed out that the surge in interest from institutional investors, limited supply, and the role of Bitcoin as a decentralized currency network are key driving factors for its potential exponential growth.
Wood believes that the scarcity of Bitcoin—combined with the trillions of dollars in funds managed by institutional investors entering through ETFs—could lead to a serious supply-demand imbalance. She points out that Bitcoin is not just a means of storing value, but also the foundation of a new financial system, and its robust network security will further reinforce this system.
Despite the significant short-term volatility, she believes that the long-term value creation of Bitcoin is inevitable.
