American Bitcoin will debut on the Nasdaq stock market after completing its merger with Gryphon Digital Mining. The Trump brothers, Bitcoin mining company Hut 8, and other shareholders of American Bitcoin will hold approximately 98% of the shares in the merged company, which will trade under the code "ABTC". Investors in Gryphon stocks will hold the remaining shares.
