Jin10 Data, September 24 - Research by KPMG shows that Canadian business leaders are calling for the implementation of policies, regulations, and incentives related to artificial intelligence. A poll conducted by the agency in late August and early September among 750 business leaders found that 92% wanted the federal government to establish a regulatory framework as soon as possible. 89% believed that providing tax credits for small and medium-sized enterprises to adopt artificial intelligence would be a good start, while 91% felt that the government must provide better incentives for workers to stimulate intellectual property development and keep talent in Canada. KPMG stated that the survey also showed that 88% believed that Canada's new Minister of Artificial Intelligence would help enhance Canada's position in the field of artificial intelligence.
