#比特币流动性 May I ask all the experts, how exactly does the contract rolling operation work?
I've been trading contracts recently, and I always find the position management confusing. Especially when it comes to rolling over to the next month, as the delivery date approaches, how to close the old contract and open a new position, the entire process gets stuck.
Can someone break down this operation logic in detail? I really need an answer, thank you all!

Honestly, rolling over is just buying low and selling high to change the month. Don't overthink it.

bruh rolling contracts is just closing the old bag before expiry and opening a fresh one... if you can't figure that out maybe perps aren't your playground yet ngl

Buddy, rolling positions basically means running away and getting back in. Don't overthink it.
I'm numb, every time the contract moves in the opposite direction, no wonder you're stuck.
I've done this a few times, it's really just that... the key is not to hold two positions at the same time, one flat and one open, to avoid exposing yourself.
Honestly, I often get confused too, mainly because I watch the settlement time closely.
The hardest part of rolling positions for me is the mental preparation; every time I feel like I'm giving money to the exchange.
The main thing is not to be greedy, take profits when you see them, or else it will turn into another bloodbath.

Basically, it's just fear of liquidation, so closing old positions early and opening new ones, otherwise you'll get chopped on the delivery day.
