People’s Finance News, March 30 — On March 30, Sanfeng Environmental (601827) released its annual report. In 2025, it recorded operating revenue of 5.559 billion yuan, down 7.21% year over year; net profit attributable to shareholders was 1.231 billion yuan, up 5.38% year over year; and basic earnings per share were 0.74 yuan. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 2.66 yuan per 10 shares (tax included). During the reporting period, the company continued to firmly implement its domestic and international “dual-wheel drive” market strategy. It achieved notable results in expanding both domestic and overseas markets. In the domestic market, the company focused on county-level small waste incineration projects, technology upgrade projects for existing waste incineration projects, waste-to-heat supply, and acquisitions and mergers of existing projects, among other businesses, achieving strong market performance. In the international market, the company actively responded to the country’s “Belt and Road” initiative, deeply cultivated Southeast Asian markets including Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, and Malaysia, and actively opened up new markets such as Oceania and South Asia. Through an end-to-end international business model that integrates equipment exports, engineering construction, and operational management services, together with partners, the company continuously enhanced its position in international markets and market share.
