**RuiSi News: **On March 30, Greentown Management Holdings (09979) released its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2025. Revenue was 3.12 billion yuan (RMB, the same applies below); gross profit was 1.239 billion yuan, with a gross profit margin of about 40%; profit attributable to shareholders was 419 million yuan, compared with 800 million yuan in the same period last year; basic earnings per share were 0.21 yuan; it proposed a final dividend of 0.0016 yuan per share and a special dividend of 0.0419 yuan per share.
The announcement shows that Greentown Management Holdings’ newly contracted agency-construction projects in 2025 had a total gross floor area of 35.35 million square meters, down by about 3.1% from 2024; the construction management fees for newly contracted agency-construction projects were 9.35 billion yuan, up by about 0.4% from 2024.
Greentown Management Holdings said it delivered 129 projects in 2025, with a total gross floor area of 14.51 million square meters; annual sales revenue was 98.5 billion yuan.
