The Department of Justice stated that between 2019 and 2022, he raised over $185,000 through social media and converted the funds into Crypto Assets to transfer to Turkey, ultimately reaching ISIS members in Syria to support matters such as escape, logistics attacks, and the living expenses of combat personnel.
