IOST's recent trend is quite interesting, with technical indicators providing a clear short-selling signal.
From the chart, both the 4-hour and 1-hour cycles show death crosses, and the moving average system has all turned downward, forming a bearish arrangement. The RSI indicator has already fallen near the oversold area, indicating that short-term selling pressure is indeed significant. The price has been falling quite quickly in recent days, and the bearish momentum is still being released.
Order book data shows that buying and selling forces are basically balanced, but the Funding Rate has remained negative. Although bullish sentiment still exists, large holders' positions are clearly leaning toward the short side. Chip distribution and active Volume are not very strong, so the probability of further decline is quite high.
If you want to operate, a short-selling approach could consider:
- Entry range between 0.001897 and 0.001913
- Take profit targets set at 0.001836-0.001865
- Expected space of about 3%-4%
This kind of one-sided trend is most vulnerable to reversal, so stop-loss must be well set, and position size should not be too heavy. Market fluctuations can amplify at any time, and taking profits when the market is favorable is the long-term strategy.
