Made a hefty profit during the doubling market. Sold all 400k at the high point, instantly feeling a surge of comfort. Not long after, the market retraced, and I couldn't hold back, re-entering with 276k. After this move, I finally understood—taking profits means winning half the battle. But to be honest, true experts are those who can be ruthless about exiting and also know how to ambush at low points. Looks like my journey as a 'small retail investor' is still very long.

Haha, the feeling of chasing highs and killing lows, I've also experienced it.

Typical chasing highs and killing lows. Every time it goes out and in, you get cut again. Still have to keep paying tuition fees.

This is the self-discipline of retail investors: cutting and then buying back...

This is the common problem among retail investors: regret after selling, and fear of losing if not sold. The moment I bought back at 276k, I knew I wasn't capable anymore haha.

After taking over this time, I directly took back all the happiness from before.

Taking profit is easy to talk about, but when the market turns, your mind just doesn't listen.

This move is truly outrageous, forcing you to give back half of the money you earned, hilarious.

Taking profits is difficult, and the mentality during a pullback is really a torment.

Oh man, buddy, I totally understand this FOMO mentality. When it hit 276k and I got back in, I probably regretted it to the point of tearing my intestines out.

Laughing out loud, isn't this just my daily routine? Sell and it drops, buy and it gets halved.
