NGL Rayls, this idea is pretty good, but can it really be implemented... The institutional folks will still stick to their own methods, and I don't really believe they can truly work together with DeFi.

To be honest, I think the idea of Rayls is solid. TradFi and DeFi just don't align — on one side, institutions are terrified and insist on compliance, while developers are wild and unrestrained. If they can really build such a bridge, this could definitely have potential.

To be honest, this story is well told, but can it really unify both institutions and DeFi? I think it's a bit too idealistic. The compliance requirements on the institutional side and the open spirit of DeFi are inherently conflicting...
