Mars Finance reports that on April 1, Iran’s foreign minister, Aragchi, said: “We do not accept a ceasefire. What we are seeking is an end to the war, and guarantees that similar aggression will not happen again. Only Iran and Oman can decide the future of the Strait of Hormuz.”
