I just watched the incredible match between Liverpool and West Ham, and honestly, Mac Allister was on another level. The guy scored a volley in the first half, right from the start, without even thinking. It was in the 43rd minute when Hugo Ekitike passed him the ball, and Mac Allister simply struck it first-time with a shot that the goalkeeper couldn't even touch. Incredible technique from the Argentine.
The craziest part is that it's his second consecutive goal in the Premier League. He already scored last week against Nottingham Forest, so Mac Allister is in great form. A total of five goals this season across all competitions. The guy had a rough start but now he's on fire.
Liverpool won 5-2, and with this victory, they reached 48 points, tying Manchester United for fourth place. Valentín Castellanos also scored one for West Ham, but it wasn't enough. Honestly, Mac Allister is proving why he's important for Argentina. With the Finalissima in Qatar in less than a month, he's in the best shape. This is good news for the national team.
