Neutron has announced Mercury Upgrade, the network’s most significant update yet. The upgrade will transition Neutron from Cosmos Hub’s Interchain Security to a fully sovereign PoS network. The Mercury upgrade is set for April 9.

Neutron is set to undergo a significant network upgrade on December 20th at 15:00 UTC. The upgrade is scheduled to take place at block height 5416000.

Neutron is set to integrate Mars Protocol, an app on its platform, with the Slinky oracle of the Skip Protocol. This integration aims to address the issues of stale oracle prices and expensive oracle price updates that are prevalent in the current pull-based oracle systems.
