The hearing’s theme is “The Future of American Innovation and Digital Assets: From Blueprint to Practical Framework,” aiming to promote the development of clear and practical legislative frameworks for digital asset market structures.
As one of the few invited Layer 1 Blockchain technology founders and CEOs to speak at Congress, Avery will explain the core role of tokens in open networks, practical use cases on Aptos, and the importance of clear regulation for technological innovation in the United States from the perspective of an engineer and builder.
