The ChatGPT mobile app has generated $2 billion in revenue.
Golden Finance reported that recently, the latest analysis from application intelligence provider Appfigures shows that since its launch in May 2023, the ChatGPT iOS and Android applications have generated $2 billion in revenue globally. The analysis reveals that this figure is approximately 30 times that of ChatGPT's competitors (including Claude, Copilot, and Grok) in total mobile revenue. Data indicates that so far this year, ChatGPT's mobile application has achieved revenue of $1.35 billion, a 673% increase compared to $174 million during the same period in 2024 (January to July). The application averages nearly $193 million in monthly revenue, up from $25 million last year.
