According to ChainCatcher news and a report from Globenewswire, Genius Group, a Bitcoin treasury company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, announced the signing of a $14 million equity purchase agreement with Nuanu Creative City to jointly develop the Bitcoin learning community project Genius City in Bali.
The project will focus on artificial intelligence (digital economy), Bitcoin (tokenized assets), and community, covering early education, primary school, secondary school, higher education, and adult education. According to data from BitcoinTreasuries, as of now, Genius Group holds a total of 200 BTC.
