The stablecoin public chain Stable has modified the pre-storage rules, allowing the hard cap to be exceeded and delaying it by 24 hours.
On November 7, Hourglass published an announcement regarding the second phase of the Stable pre-storage activity, making the following adjustments: Deposits: Users can deposit through the Hourglass frontend or directly on-chain (it is recommended to use the frontend to ensure security). The deposit window will reopen for 24 hours from the time of this tweet (Beijing time 9:25 AM), with a limit of 1 million USD per wallet and a minimum deposit amount still set at 1000 USD. Before the completion of the KYC phase, funds can be withdrawn at any time on a 1:1 basis. Users who have not completed KYC can also withdraw at any time. If a deposit was previously successful, it will still be included and considered eligible. Eligibility and KYC: After the deposit window closes, users have 72 hours to submit KYC. After KYC review is completed, all eligible deposits will be transferred to the custodian and then deposited with banking partners. A portion of the eligible deposits will be sent to banking partners proportionally, while the remaining portion can be claimed through the withdrawal contract. Distribution model: If the total eligible deposits exceed 500 million USD, they will be distributed proportionally. For example, if the total eligible deposits = 1 billion USD, each wallet will receive 0.5 times its deposit amount; the remaining portion can be claimed through the withdrawal contract. Settlement: The final distribution (in USDT) will be settled to the Stable Mainnet by December 31 at the latest. Contract recovery: Depositors who mistakenly set the contract address as the deposit address can recover their USDC after the erroneous deposit is transferred to Anchorage custody through the transferToTreasury function.
