Institution: US Intrerest Rate expected to slightly decline by year-end, with actual rate cuts anticipated next year.

Jin10 data reported on July 8, Insight Investment's Head of Fixed Income, Brendan Murphy, pointed out in a report that U.S. Interest Rates may slightly decline by the end of this year, but substantial rate cuts are expected to occur next year. Despite the weakening economic outlook, recent inflationary pressures stemming from U.S. trade tariffs will complicate the Federal Reserve's (FED) policy response. Against this backdrop, the FED is expected to adopt a cautious stance. The agency predicts that after inflationary pressures ease in 2026 and growth concerns become the dominant factor, the FED will implement more decisive rate cuts.
