Protocol Update
Helium community has passed proposal HRP 2025-08 with 99.43% voting in favor. The update will be implemented on or after August 19, and will include the removal of unstarted boosted hexes and the addition of WiFi hotspot serial numbers to the blockchain. These changes aim to improve network efficiency and transparency.
