I came across a new project Ferra that just raised $2 million in seed funding, and their approach is quite solid.
They directly allocate 0.25% of the total supply for creator incentives—of which 0.20% is given to top creators (the top 400 globally + the top 300 in each of Japan, China, and South Korea), and the remaining 0.05% goes to ecosystem builders. The reward rules are clearly laid out, not fake promises.
Ferra was just established this year, completed financing on October 10, and runs on the SUI chain. This kind of transparent token distribution plan is much better than vague commitment
