Batoshi Foundation is centered around the concept of “MicroStrategy On-Chain” and constructs a native on-chain BTC Treasury by issuing beraBTC (1 BTC = 1 beraBTC). All BTC reserves are verifiable in real time and can be redeemed instantly on a 1:1 basis. The protocol utilizes a flywheel mechanism of “Raise → HODL → Appreciate” to unify fundraising, BTC accumulation, and on-chain earnings within a single model, aiming to accumulate a reserve of 10,000 BTC over three years.
