According to Deep Tide TechFlow news, on August 12, the Canadian Basketball Association launched the Unify+ digital membership platform, supported by Berachain.
As a groundbreaking initiative launched by the national sports organization (NSO), the Unify+ digital membership platform is collaborating with KDA3 to promote community spirit, enhance national pride, and provide fans with more ways to engage with Canadian basketball, including exclusive access to the Canadian basketball community and content. Members can unlock fan priority benefits such as early access to merchandise, ticket purchases, and interactive experiences. Unify+ members will be recognized for their contributions to the platform, such as sharing basketball content, guiding discussions, and supporting local teams, all without the need to purchase tokens or complete cumbersome digital tasks.
Unify+ will also become a key platform supporting the new generation of Canadian basketball. This platform was trialed on August 4th during the U15 National Championship, where fans and athlete families can watch games, check scores, and track the progress of provincial teams on the Unify+ platform. Teenagers and parents who register on the platform have the chance to win tickets for the "Homecoming Night" event sponsored by Unify+ on August 13th. The "Homecoming Night" event is hosted by Unify+, and will feature many of the world's top basketball stars, including Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, RJ Barrett, Dillon Brooks, Lu Dort, Andrew Nembhard, and Olympic athletes Shay Colley, Yvonne Ejim, Sami Hill, and Syla Swords.
