Abstract generation in progress

The company formerly known as 180 Life Sciences, which operates in the biotechnology field, will now be known as ETHZilla. The company officially announced yesterday that it has completed its rebranding process. The main stock of ETHZilla, which will be listed on the Nasdaq exchange, is ETHZ, and the call option will be traded under the code ETHZW.

Stocks had taken off

The company, which raised a total of 565 million dollars through private share sales and convertible bonds, also purchased 94,675 Ether. After the transition to the new strategy, the shares had virtually taken off. At the beginning of July, the share price was below 1 dollar, but it later rose above 10 dollars. The company's average purchase price for Ether is around 3900 dollars per ETH.

Investment Beyond the Traditional...

Electric Capital, which is responsible for managing the company's assets and will work externally, is set to go beyond the known, classic Ether staking.

The company aims to implement "Diversified, on-chain yield programs," specifically stating that it targets the use of various DeFi mechanisms, re-staking, and other lending protocols.

As you may recall, many institutional and individual investors, from Polychain Capital to Borderless Capital and Peter Thiel's Founders Fund, had invested in ETHZilla.

Founders Fund also acquired a 7.5% stake in the company earlier this month.
