Vitalik Buterin proposed a way to enhance the decentralization of Ether.

Co-founder of Ethereum Vitalik Buterin proposed a way to enhance the decentralization of the second largest cryptocurrency network and other blockchains.
According to Buterin, developers should advance the technology of distributed block construction in such a way that it can be assembled not only by large centralized players. The programmer suggested adding additional transaction activation channels. In this case, even if 99% of the blocks are assembled by centralized participants, they still will not be able to fully control which specific transactions will enter the network.

If we make a public mempool ( space, where transaction queues wait, as reliable and resilient as possible, then under significant pressure on the network, the ability to freely conduct transactions will remain, said Vitalik Buterin.

Earlier, analysts surveyed by The Block stated that July became the month with the highest number of transactions in the history of the Ethereum network — 46.67 million. The increase in activity occurred after the blockchain raised the block gas limit to 45 million.
