🚨 Supreme Court forms SIT to to probe affairs of Anant Ambani's Vantara.
SIT has to inquire into the import of animals by Vantara, especially elephants, allegations of money laundering, wildlife smuggling etc.
SC also directs Central Zoo Authority, the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change to assist SIT.
SIT to be headed by former SC Judge Justice J Chelameswar.
