According to a report by CoinWorld, the Financial Times of the UK analyzes that Bitcoin financial companies may be a "fool's paradise" because investors could suffer painful consequences once they encounter a crypto winter. In a sense, Bitcoin financial companies are like collateralized debt obligations (CDOs) in the cryptocurrency world, which is a hyped asset class with very low intrinsic value. Technical designers, marketing companies, or educational consulting firms have abandoned their daily jobs to invest in Bitcoin, and the main attraction for investors seems to be the ability to leverage built-in leverage to catch the rise in cryptocurrency valuations. However, when the next winter arrives, BTC investors are likely to find pain following closely behind.
