Shawna Bowin brings over 20 years of progressive accounting experience to her new role, with a recent focus on Web3 sector finance:

• Joined Expion360 in 2022 as a Senior Accountant, coinciding with the company's expansion into blockchain projects.
• Promoted to Controller in February 2025, leading the adaptation of the company's financial systems to the particularities of cryptocurrencies and digital assets.
• Responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, including treasury management in cryptocurrencies.
• Ensured accurate financial reporting by implementing standards for token and NFT accounting.
• Maintained compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in a changing regulatory environment for Web3 companies
• Supported the strengthening of internal controls, especially regarding the custody and auditing of digital assets
