Having been in the crypto circle for so many years, I’ve seen too many "smart people" end up crashing. It’s actually those traders who seem a bit "dumber" that tend to live the longest and earn steadily.

I’ve also experienced hitting rock bottom, but it was precisely because I狠下心 to stick to discipline that I gradually pulled myself out. Today, I want to share this methodology in hopes of helping everyone.

**The core is just four sentences:**

First, wait for only one pattern. Rise → Shrink in volume → Breakout with increased volume. I can watch this N-shaped pattern a hundred times. Confirm and act; if not, stop-loss. Never leverage, add to positions, or hold stubbornly. Many think this is too conservative, but it’s this "conservatism" that has kept me alive until today.

Second, strictly adhere to two lines. Stop-loss at 2%, take-profit at 10%. It looks as simple as can be, but few can truly execute it. As long as your win rate stays above 35%, math will help you make money. The problem is, 99% of people always think "maybe this time is different," and then they’re done for.

Third, focus on the 20-day moving average. I deliberately toned it down to avoid emotional reactions. Spend 5 minutes every morning scanning the 4-hour chart; if you see signals, place orders; if not, shut down. What’s left? Live well, why stare at K-lines all day?

Fourth, take profits when you earn. When I made 1.2 million, I immediately took out the principal. When I reached 6 million, I moved half to stable investments. The money left in the market must be the amount I can sleep peacefully even if I lose.

To put it simply, those who truly survive long in the crypto world are never the smartest. Quite the opposite, they are the most disciplined and willing to admit their own limits.

Don’t always try to catch every fluctuation; what’s truly deadly is greed. My experience is, as long as you focus on a few markets you fully understand, that’s enough.

Wait, withdrawing 1.2 million in principal? The underlying fund flow logic behind this is quite interesting... You mentioned that a 35% win rate is mathematically self-consistent, but I'm more curious whether there was monitoring of whale wallet synchronization during large withdrawals. Could it be that the whales are setting up traps to lure more investors before manipulating the market?

This discipline makes perfect sense; the key is to stick to it. I kept thinking, "This time is different," and ended up with a N-shaped pattern that turned into a dive. Looking at this guy's 2% stop-loss really saved his life.

It's the same old "discipline" routine—easy to talk about but 99% of people still break it when it comes to execution. However, the logic of taking profits once you've made money is definitely worth learning; too many people make 6 million and then end up back at zero.

Exactly right, but I still can't execute the 2% stop-loss and 10% take-profit. I keep thinking about waiting a bit longer, but then a single pullback causes me to sell everything.

This guy is right, but there are really not many people who follow through. I myself initially dreamed of getting rich quickly by leveraging everything, but in the end, I lost everything and realized that things like a 2% stop-loss are the real lifesavers. The most heartbreaking part is the phrase "This time might be different," fooling myself every time, and every time ending up the same way—fail haha.
