The upper resistance level is 2988. You can try shorting at 2988, add positions at 3016, and set a stop loss at 3030. On a smaller timeframe, support is at 2960. If it breaks below, it will hit the lower band around 2920. As long as the overall trend hasn't stabilized above 3055, it's a bearish signal. Only if it stabilizes above 3055 is there a possibility of a strong rally.
