The recent trend in the blockchain gaming circle remains hot, with several leading games launching large-scale tournaments and new features.

Horse racing game Photo Finish is currently in the final stage of the PFL season. On January 7th, the official announced that over $150,000 in free tournament prizes will be awarded in the final week. This presents a significant opportunity for players aiming to climb the season rankings.

MMORPG RavenQuest is also not to be outdone. The second Guild Expedition Tournament kicked off on January 8th and will last for 14 days. The prize pool for this competition is luxurious—featuring 1.5 million $QUEST tokens and land NFTs worth over $100,000. Participating guilds are eager to compete.

Medieval strategy game BLOCKLORDS has announced the largest prize pool in its history. The regional war and Season 4 BattleBorne events, announced on January 7th, have begun, with a combined leaderboard prize pool of up to 500,000 $LRDS tokens. This scale is enough to attract hardcore strategy players.

In the Solana ecosystem, Play Solana announced the results of the first PSG1 handheld game development competition. The top three winners will receive rewards of 6000, 3000, and 1000 USDC respectively, along with PSG1 handheld devices and market support resources, totaling over $10,000 in value.

Card game Moku HQ has also recently made new moves. This collectible card game on the Ronin network announced that players can start purchasing and opening Booster Box NFT packs from 10:00 AM Eastern Time on January 13th.

Powday Farm has opened its testing phase with a $10,000 prize pool. The game features PvE and Pow Mining leaderboards, where winners can earn $gSOL, $gEVA, and high-rarity equipment. There will also be a daily lottery for four lucky players.

Notably, Web3 game project Pikamoon announced on January 7th that it is officially ceasing operations. The announcement thanked all supporters for their companionship, though no detailed reasons were provided.
