Since ZEC dropped 30%, I am increasingly realizing a reality—holding weakening assets is a race against time, and money burns very quickly.

Some say the development team has issues, using this as an explanation for the price decline. But my trading experience tells me that the impact of bad news depends entirely on the stage the market is in. In a bear market, any negative news can become the last straw that breaks the camel's back; but in a bull market, the same news often fails to create any ripple.

This is also why I no longer let news lead me around by the nose. Instead of chasing hot topics, it's better to focus on on-chain data and market rhythm—those numbers reflect the true voice of the market.

In plain terms, it's just that the rhythm wasn't right; even the best projects can't withstand the overall environment.

That's right, in a bear market everyone is a prophet, and when a bull market arrives, they all become deaf. Data shows that in the last major crash, the liquidation rate of projects could reach 98%, which is outrageous. But bro, on-chain data can also be faked, so it needs to be analyzed together with the market microstructure. After this wave of ZEC, it's really time to pay attention to whale wallet movements.

In a bear market, everything is bad news; in a bull market, everything is good news. It's that simple.

According to on-chain data, the microstructure of the ZEC market has become seriously unbalanced, with voting participation in governance proposals decreasing by 67%, indicating a loss of confidence among holders. --- It is worth noting that the core issue with the development team is a false proposition—the market cycle is the decisive factor. Quoting Vitalik's statement, any token is vulnerable during a bear market. --- I completely agree, news is noise; on-chain footprints are the real signals. From the data perspective, the distribution of chips among large addresses has already shown a clear trend of centralization. --- That's why I keep an eye on mempool and exchange inflows and outflows all day—it's more effective than reading ten analysis articles. --- By the way, shouldn't the ZEC DAO governance mechanism also be reviewed? If the hypothesis holds, insufficient decentralization could be another straw that breaks the price.

It's about time to realize it—reading news is not as good as checking trading volume.

Honestly, ZEC's recent drop has been pretty harsh, but I actually think this is the true reflection of the market In a bull market, everything can go up. Only now can we see who the real value is.
