People Finance News, April 1: Today (the 1st), the national information platform for tracing new energy vehicle power battery sourcing information officially went live, providing national-level information platform support for the green and circular development of China’s new energy vehicle industry. Reporters saw that this platform uses digital identity information of power batteries as its core carrier. By coding each power battery and uploading data information across the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, it enables chain-based tracing of the flow of power batteries. Experts said this information platform includes four major core functions, covering power battery data for companies such as power batteries, new energy vehicles, battery swapping services, motor vehicle maintenance, scrapped motor vehicle collection and comprehensive utilization, fully breaking through information barriers across the entire life cycle of power batteries.
