On the 27th, Wuhan Donghu High-Tech Zone held a news briefing event at the Yangtze River Audio-Visual Micro-Drama Industry Base to announce “Several Measures to Promote the High-Quality Development of Micro-Dramas.” At the meeting, “Several Measures of Wuhan Donghu High-Tech Zone to Promote the Development of the Micro-Drama Industry” was officially released. The “8 Measures for Micro-Dramas” cover the entire chain of processes, from script creation, project investment, and location shooting to business growth, cluster development, cultural going-out to overseas markets, fund support, and platform cultivation and introduction. The aim is to build a micro-drama industry cluster with national influence. Among them, in terms of enterprise cultivation, depending on the scale of development, companies can receive up to 1,000,000 yuan in support each year; newly introduced or newly established top platform companies can receive up to 1,500,000 yuan in support on a one-time basis; and “four-new” projects that play a leading role in industrial development can receive up to 50,000,000 yuan in support.
