Bgin, in a document submitted to the SEC on February 21, stated that it will issue approximately 59.54 million shares of Class A common stock and 15.69 million shares of Class B common stock. Its registration statement also states that it has applied to list its Class A stock on the NASDAQ under the stock code 'BGIN'. Bgin's document did not disclose its issue price, but investment advisory firm Renaissance Capital stated in a report on February 21 that Bgin's initial public offering (IPO) could raise up to 50 million U.S. dollars.
