By complying with clear and fair European regulations (along with USDC), the volume and on-chain forex usage of EURC continue to rise, and more and more exchanges and wallets are supporting EURC. Earlier today, Tether announced the cessation of support for its Euro stablecoin, EURT.

According to official news, Tether announced that after careful consideration, it has decided to stop supporting the Euro Stable Coin EURT. Therefore, Tether has ceased minting EURT and no longer accepts new EURT issuance requests. Currently, Tether will focus on supporting new projects, such as launching Quantoz Payments revolutionary MiCAR-compliant Stable Coins EURQ and USDQ, which will be supported by Tether's technical solution Hadron by Tether.

According to data from Kaiko, the trading price of the EURT stablecoin has not exceeded the Euro since November 23rd.

Golden Finance reported that Coingecko data showed that TRYB’s market value soared 325% in three weeks, reaching $136.1 million. That makes it the world's second-largest non-dollar-pegged stablecoin behind Tether's euro-pegged stablecoin EURt, which has a market cap of $224 million.

Among them, the Solana ecosystem takes the lead in the value of pre-authorized issuance, currently at $1.57 billion, while Ethereum and Tron rank second and third with pre-authorizations of $617 million and $353 million, respectively. As of August 24, Tether's total assets were US$86.1 billion, its total liabilities were US$82.8 billion, and its reserve ratio exceeded 100%. Tether's other non-USD stablecoins (XAUT, EURT, MXNT, and CNHT) do not enjoy the same liquidity buffer as USDT.
