Gate will launch Bitlight Labs (LIGHT) spot trading on September 27, 2025, at 21:00 UTC+8, and will simultaneously open the 324th Launchpool event. This Launchpool event will take place from 20:00 on September 25 to 20:00 on September 29, during which users can participate in sharing a reward of 168,068 LIGHT tokens by staking GUSD.
Bitlight Labs is a company focused on Bitcoin and Lightning Network infrastructure, and is also a major contributor to the RGB protocol. The project aims to achieve native smart contracts and stablecoin transactions on Bitcoin and the Lightning Network. The LIGHT token is issued based on the BEP-20 standard, with a total supply of 420 million tokens, and the contract address is 0x477c2c0459004e3354ba427fa285d7c053203c0e.
The project's tokens will be primarily allocated for ecosystem and community development ( 50.64% ), private placement ( 13.59% ), protocol development ( 11% ), team and advisors ( 10.77% ), and other purposes. Gate Labs states that it has not participated in the investment of Bitlight Labs ( LIGHT ).
