Expert: The willingness of the Israeli side to fully implement the ceasefire protocol remains in doubt.

Jin10 data reported on October 9th that James Chin, the chief expert on geopolitics at the University of Tasmania, pointed out that given Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu's long-standing opposition to any solutions that limit Israel's control over Gaza, it remains uncertain whether Israel is willing to fully comply with the first phase of the ceasefire agreement. He emphasized that Netanyahu has always insisted that his primary goal is to destroy Hamas and directly control Gaza, while the current peace roadmap does not support this objective. He stated that according to the proposed plan, governance of Gaza would be handed over to a designated group of international individuals, with U.S. President Trump and former British Prime Minister Tony Blair expected to play key roles.
