When it comes to leveraged ETFs, some people instinctively react by saying they have high decay. Most people don't really understand what decay is, and probably rarely trade leveraged ETFs or don't understand their essence.


It's very simple; let me give you an example to clarify.
For example, TQ, which you bought at $20, the trend moves upward to $30, and now it has risen to $50. So, where is the decay? Where is the decay? Do you still care about that damn decay?
The essence of decay is doing the wrong direction. When you choose the wrong direction, it results in a death spiral with heavy losses. But what if you get the direction right? That’s a profit spiral, earning even more.
