The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filed a lawsuit against QuantStamp (QSP) and fined the company $3.5 million.
The SEC stated that QSP is selling unlicensed securities, which centrally manages the ICO process.
Although QSP is currently the 996th largest cryptocurrency by market cap, its 24-hour trading volume and market cap are relatively low.
