Golden data July 18 news, Haier Smart Home and the Swedish Elextrolux Group signed the relevant transaction documents, intending to acquire 100% equity of Electrolux South Africa Proprietary Limited, which is engaged in the water heater business in the South African market, under the Elextrolux Group, for an enterprise value of 2.45 billion South African Rand (equivalent to about 980 million RMB), and receive its home appliance business personnel. In response to this, a journalist called Haier Smart Home as an investor, and relevant personnel responded that this acquisition will not have a particularly significant impact on the performance and goodwill of Haier Smart Home, and did not rule out future acquisitions in the African region.
