IV. Notes

- Market makers, enterprises, institutions, affiliate accounts, and subaccounts are not eligible for this event.
- Any fraudulent actions, including bulk account registration, malicious trading, self-trading, and coordinated trading, are strictly prohibited. Multiple accounts with the same identity information will be treated as a single account.
