Institutional Entry + Macroeconomic Disruption, BTC/ETH Short-term Caution Is More Prudent

Today, BNP Paribas officially launched 6 BTC and ETH-linked ETNs in France, allowing retail investors to indirectly allocate cryptocurrencies through securities accounts without holding the coins directly. This approach is compliant and convenient, providing a clearer signal for European institutional entry.

Currently, Bitcoin is fluctuating around 66,759, with mixed bullish and bearish indicators, and an unclear direction. Coupled with weak US 2-year Treasury auctions, rising inflation concerns, and shrinking risk appetite, the crypto market remains under pressure.

Short-term trading advice: Stay on the sidelines for now, and avoid rushing into positions. Wait until BTC stabilizes above 67,500 or drops below 65,500 before following the trend; monitor ETH for a breakout in the 2000-2050 range, and strictly control position sizes and stop-losses.
