Jin10 data reported on April 8 that Russian oil exports have declined for the second consecutive week, with a decrease in its key Pacific-grade crude oil exports dragging down overall exports. In the four weeks ending April 6, crude oil flow from all Russian ports dropped to 3.23 million barrels per day, the lowest level in a month and about 220,000 barrels lower than recent peaks. Meanwhile, according to the producer group protocol, the country's production targets have begun to rise for the first time in two and a half years. OPEC confirmed in March that Russia's production targets would increase by 26,000 barrels per day this month, which will be completely offset by Russia's similar "compensatory cut" increase proposed in April to offset past overproduction.
