A Whale has been shorting BTC with unrealized losses of 12.81 million yuan, and the funding fee income of 433 thousand USD has alleviated the losses.
PANews, August 14th news, according to Ai Yi monitoring, since March 2025, a Whale has consecutively shorted Bitcoin (BTC) four times, with its 20x leverage short order experiencing a drastic change from unrealized gains of $5.74 million to unrealized losses of $12.81 million. However, the Whale earned $4.33 million through funding fees, while previously accumulated a profit space of $14.96 million, and has not yet experienced a complete loss.
