Hesai: Hong Kong stock IPO pricing at HKD 212.80, expected to raise HKD 4.16 billion.

On September 11, Jin10 reported that Hesai–W (02525.HK) announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the final offer price for the international offering and the Hong Kong public offering has been set at HK$212.80 per share. The over-allotment option has been fully exercised, and accordingly, the Company will issue and allocate 2,550,000 additional offer shares at the offer price, accounting for 15% of the total number of offer shares initially available for subscription under the global offering. The total amount expected to be raised by the Company from the global offering (before deducting underwriting fees and offering expenses) is approximately HK$4,160.24 million. The net proceeds from the global offering are intended to be used for the following purposes: approximately 50% for research and development investment; approximately 35% for production capacity investment; approximately 5% for business development; and approximately 10% for working capital and general corporate purposes.
