Odaily Planet Daily News Block Chain Infrastructure Provider RISC Zero and Celestia are collaborating to build a Blobstream bridge based on zkVM Blobstream Zero.
Blobstream Zero aims to connect Celestia's data availability layer with Ethereum, Optimism, Bitcoin, Solana, etc.
Blobstream is Celestia's solution that enables Rollup to use Celestia's light client for data availability sampling. Blobstream Zero introduces the ability to verify Celestia DA using zero-knowledge proofs. This integration allows Rollup and applications to efficiently generate proofs across chains. Blobstream Zero also introduces the ZK co-processor, allowing DApps on Ethereum, Optimism, and Solana to run data-intensive ZK programs without sacrificing composability.
Blobstream Zero will be a fully open source and unlicensed public product. This means that all developers and projects can run Blobstream Zero and generate ZK proofs locally.
