I've been taking notes for a long time, and it has indeed reduced the number of pitfalls. This sounds right, but most people forget what they've written; the key is to review regularly, otherwise it's just self-comfort. Who can keep up with the speed of Web3? My notes are always in a state of never being fully updated haha. Actually, the hardest part isn't taking notes, but sticking to it. Most people give up after three days of enthusiasm. People who take notes tend to live more clearly, really.
