Gate News bot message, according to the well-known financial blog ZeroHedge, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on Sunday that whether Iran decides to manufacture nuclear weapons is "irrelevant" because he was asked about the lack of evidence that Tehran has taken steps to weaponize its nuclear program.
When asked about the fact that the US intelligence agencies have no evidence to suggest that Iran was seeking to make nuclear bombs before Israel attacked Iran, Rubio made the above remarks in an interview with CBS News.
"It doesn't matter. I think the question the media asked is irrelevant. They have everything they need to make weapons," Rubio said.
